"When I visited this office, I was greeted by the front desk, as is customary in most offices. The difference here is that they seemed happy to be at work. The dental assistant (I didn't get her name) was very sweet and polite. The dentist I saw, Dr. Schulman, was a super nice guy with great chairside manner. He was very professional and friendly. While I was in his chair, he did not seem rushed to finish the work, and I did not feel like just another number. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get any work done. Everyone from the front desk to the dental hygienist, Tina, to Dr. Schulman are all great people. 10/10."

"I LOVE THIS PLACE! I can’t say enough how great everyone is at this dentist office! Don’t hesitate. Book your appointment now, you won’t regret it!!! I have very bad anxiety about going to the dentist but they were so comforting, careful and not judgmental at all. Ellis had a very calm personality and was even dancing around the office creating a happy fun environment! Emely was so caring and comforting, as well. She came up with great ideas to keep me calm, distract me from everything happening and helped me with my belongings (headphones and phone) when I couldn’t move. Most importantly, Dr. Meunier was exceptional. He is what every dentist should strive to be. He took the time to talk me through everything happening and answered all my questions truthfully but in a way that didn’t make me feel stupid. He distracted me with witty chit chat, jokes and at one point even drew a sketch of my teeth for me. He was so understanding knowledgeable and relatable! I also loved that everyone in the office was around my age (late 20s-early 30s). It made me feel like they weren’t just telling me what I wanted to hear because they really did understand how I was feeling. It was like I was hanging out with friends. I honestly think they changed my views of the dentist and I can’t thank them enough for it!"

"First time being here and I was completely satisfied. Doctors and hygienists were knowledgable and welcoming. Receptionists were very nice. Erica was super patient, gave info on the office, explained the process, and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Ellis did an amazing job on confidently removing my teeth gems that were needed to come off. Although, I was nervous they made sure I was happy with what I was walking out with. I have to say I work with individuals within intellectual disability I have never been at a doctors office where people are so compassionate and caring for individuals and I’ve also witnessed Julie going out of her way to help another person. "GO HERE FOR TEETH BLEACHING. I have been going to Preferred Dental of Cromwell for around 5-7 years now, and I just had one of the best experiences ever there just recently. I came in to replace a chipped tooth and eventually it turned into getting a teeth bleaching appointment with Ellis who was fantastic, explained everything very thoroughly and I had a pain-free appointment with amazing results. Shoutout to Dr. Meuiner and the whole staff, a very patient, cool team."
"Needed a cleaning done badly. My friend who recommended me here is a hygienist. Kaylee was really professional. I have really bad gums and she was very gentle! The areas that were inflamed; she would let me know I was gonna feel it. Other hygienist that I used to go to would attack my teeth so viciously. If you need a cleaning done, ask for Kaylee! I put 4 stars because I had an appointment that I made sure I was available. At some point, the week of I was informed I wasn’t on the schedule. I hit them up, and they said the system removed me. So I had to wait another month which was inconveniencing. Other than that it’s clean and everyone was professional."

"This is my first time at Preferred Dental of Cromwell for my routine cleaning, and I was welcomed by wonderful staff! Chris did an awesome job taking my X-rays and he was so gentle and kind. Dr. Ayaz performed my cleaning and he was very mindful and thorough throughout the process. The office was very clean and nicely decorated for the Halloween. I love that each exam room had its own Hepa filter fan in it. I am grateful I had found this place for my family. Thank you for all that you do to help us keep our dental well-being healthy!"

"I like the Dentist and the staff. My Dentist seemed very knowledgeable and used common sense which is hard to find today. My cons were they wouldn't let you in the office till you called a number on the door and we're escorted in (covid over kill). They were very fast, I mean like a race which worries me about quality. "I brought my two boys (7 and 10) for a regular 6 month cleaning and things were a bit different due to COVID. The COVID screening was texted to me for electronic completion prior to the appointments which was helpful. Myself and my boys all went into one room to see dental hygienist Daniel who was wonderful. My 7 year old just recently started brushing without help, so Daniel took out a toothbrush and mirror to show my son how he should be properly brushing on his own. It’s something so simple, but not easy for me to do at home. I really appreciated him answering all my boys’ “teeth” questions and going the extra mile to make sure they understand how to maintain healthy mouths. Thank you so much Daniel!"

"My 1st visit and experience with this place was phenomenal. I received multiple reminders before the appointment - which is great. My appt was at 8:20 and it was to repair a couple of chipped teeth. I arrived at 8am as instructed to fill out paperwork. Receptionist met me at the door and explained in detail what to fill out and what I could leave blank. Super nice person. Long story short... I was done and in my car by 8:30. The dentist and hygienist were really nice and extremely efficient ... and my chipped teeth look better than I expected. I highly recommend."

Also want to mention the woman up front who made the next appointment for my son. I didn’t get her name but she saved the day.
