"When I visited this office, I was greeted by the front desk, as is customary in most offices. The difference here is that they seemed happy to be at work. The dental assistant (I didn't get her name) was very sweet and polite. The dentist I saw, Dr. Schulman, was a super nice guy with great chairside manner. He was very professional and friendly. While I was in his chair, he did not seem rushed to finish the work, and I did not feel like just another number. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get any work done. Everyone from the front desk to the dental hygienist, Tina, to Dr. Schulman are all great people. 10/10."

"I LOVE THIS PLACE! I can’t say enough how great everyone is at this dentist office! Don’t hesitate. Book your appointment now, you won’t regret it!!! I have very bad anxiety about going to the dentist but they were so comforting, careful and not judgmental at all. Ellis had a very calm personality and was even dancing around the office creating a happy fun environment! Emely was so caring and comforting, as well. She came up with great ideas to keep me calm, distract me from everything happening and helped me with my belongings (headphones and phone) when I couldn’t move. Most importantly, Dr. Meunier was exceptional. He is what every dentist should strive to be. He took the time to talk me through everything happening and answered all my questions truthfully but in a way that didn’t make me feel stupid. He distracted me with witty chit chat, jokes and at one point even drew a sketch of my teeth for me. He was so understanding knowledgeable and relatable! I also loved that everyone in the office was around my age (late 20s-early 30s). It made me feel like they weren’t just telling me what I wanted to hear because they really did understand how I was feeling. It was like I was hanging out with friends. I honestly think they changed my views of the dentist and I can’t thank them enough for it!"

"First time being here and I was completely satisfied. Doctors and hygienists were knowledgable and welcoming. Receptionists were very nice. Erica was super patient, gave info on the office, explained the process, and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Ellis did an amazing job on confidently removing my teeth gems that were needed to come off. Although, I was nervous they made sure I was happy with what I was walking out with. I have to say I work with individuals within intellectual disability I have never been at a doctors office where people are so compassionate and caring for individuals and I’ve also witnessed Julie going out of her way to help another person. "GO HERE FOR TEETH BLEACHING. I have been going to Preferred Dental of Cromwell for around 5-7 years now, and I just had one of the best experiences ever there just recently. I came in to replace a chipped tooth and eventually it turned into getting a teeth bleaching appointment with Ellis who was fantastic, explained everything very thoroughly and I had a pain-free appointment with amazing results. Shoutout to Dr. Meuiner and the whole staff, a very patient, cool team."

"This is my first time at Preferred Dental of Cromwell for my routine cleaning, and I was welcomed by wonderful staff! Chris did an awesome job taking my X-rays and he was so gentle and kind. Dr. Ayaz performed my cleaning and he was very mindful and thorough throughout the process. The office was very clean and nicely decorated for the Halloween. I love that each exam room had its own Hepa filter fan in it. I am grateful I had found this place for my family. Thank you for all that you do to help us keep our dental well-being healthy!"

"This was my first time visiting this dentistry office and I have to say I was impressed with my visit and have already recommended it to others. The staff was personable and professional from start to finish. The facility was clean and COVID mitigation procedures were followed closely. My dental hygienist, Lisa, cleaned my teeth with precision and care. This was the first time I left a dentist appointment without an aching mouth or bleeding gums from someone who was too rough or rushed with the cleaning. Additionally, it was easy to schedule my second cleaning in 6 months and the office staff assisted with sending paperwork into my insurance which was big help. Highly recommend."

Danny was so polite and friendly and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. I felt very comfortable with Dr Matt and Danny they make a great team. Also want to mention the woman up front who made the next appointment for my son. I didn’t get her name but she saved the day. I have an awful time getting my 27 year old to the dentist because he doesn’t like needles and she recommended something I didn’t know existed and that sealed the deal. Thank you preferred dental"

"Although I had missed a cleaning due to co-vid closure, my visit went very well. My hygienist Laura was awesome. She spent the time needed to get my teeth clean (it had been a YEAR- ewww!), had a great sense of humor AND singing voice. As always, Dr. Mestel takes care of business right away:I had chipped a small bit off a tooth,which left a rough edge that was irritating- he drilled it right down immediately. I pretty much skipped out of the office. I've been a patient for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience here, have always been treated well, and with genuine care for my dental health."

"Dr. Schulman and his assistant Chris were both great. I had to have a bridge done and it required four visits including their oral surgeon for an extraction. I’d recommend them all. "I have had very bad experiences in the past with root canals and had 2 teeth pulled just to avoid it. The dentist’s here assured me it would be different here. I was nervous for my first appointment for thrice start of my root canal. They put me totally at ease, made me feel so comfortable with every step of the procedure. I Truly felt like they cared. My first appointment was to have my teeth cleaned. The hygienist was very gentle. Dr. Schulman introduced himself at the end of the appointment and examined my teeth. I was told I needs some fillings. I made the appointment for the fillings and returned about 2 weeks later to have them done.
